Returns & Exchanges

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Before sending a return, contact HB Apparel support and include your full name, order number, item being returned, return reason, and photos when the item is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage, in original condition, and returned with original packaging or tags when applicable.

Custom-printed, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale. Exceptions apply only when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect because of an HB Apparel production error. Report these issues within 7 days of delivery.

HB Apparel is not responsible for customer-approved spelling errors, customer-approved design errors, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, low-resolution customer artwork, slight screen-to-print color differences, or minor print-position variation.

Eligible standard products may be exchanged for another available size or color. Replacement items remain subject to availability.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an HB Apparel error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For damaged or incorrect orders, include your order number, a description of the issue, product photos, packaging photos when relevant, and a shipping-label photo when relevant.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.

Final-sale items include custom products, personalized products, gift cards, final-sale items, worn or washed items, and items returned outside the allowed window.
